Low Temperature Sulfur Removal Catalyst- SARV640

SARV-640 is an extruded-shaped Cu/Zn mixed oxides catalyst and adsorbent which provides high sulfur adsorption capacity at low temperatures with high mechanical strength and long life. It effectively reduces H₂S and mercaptans content to <10 ppb under harsh operating conditions.

Process:
SARV sulfur removal catalyst (SARV-640) is an extruded-shaped Cu/Zn mixed oxides catalyst and adsorbent which performs adsorption and removal of sulfur components such as hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans from process and product streams at low temperature, simultaneously. SARV-640 is used as a guard bed to protect downstream catalysts against H₂S gas under level lower than 10 ppb under a wide range of operating conditions, especially in methane purification units (MPU) in olefin plants.
