Deep Desulfurization Catalyst- SARV611

SARV-611 is a tablet-shaped Cu/Zn/Al metal oxides adsorbent which can be applicable under a wide range of operating conditions. The benefit of this adsorbent is high mechanical strength and hence, stable long life and high resistance to process upsets. SARV-611 can reduce H₂S content in hydrocarbon feed stream to below 10 ppb.


Process:

SARV Deep Desulfurization Catalyst (SARV-611) is a tablet-shaped Cu/Zn/Al metal oxides adsorbent which performs adsorption and removal of low level H₂S from process and product hydrocarbon streams, especially upstream of a pre-reformer. It is typically placed in the bottom of the standard zinc-oxide reactor and removes the remaining hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) to a value of less than 10 ppb.
