In honor of National Blood Transfusion Week and as part of our long-standing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sarv launched a company-wide blood drive. The initiative, aimed at promoting a culture of altruism and replenishing national blood reserves, quickly became a powerful intersection of industrial purpose and human compassion. In a valued partnership with the professional team at the Tehran Province Blood Transfusion Organization, a Sarv Oil and Gas plant was transformed for a day into a beacon of hope.

Colleagues from various plants and offices gathered with remarkable enthusiasm to take part in this humanitarian cause. The expert team from the Tehran Province Blood Transfusion Organization managed the process with meticulous care, establishing a fully equipped, sterile donation center on-site. The smiles of satisfaction on our colleagues’ faces after donating were the most powerful testament to the shared sense of purpose. The response was overwhelming: in a single day, over 100 units of blood were collected—enough to restore hope for more than 300 patients in need. This achievement is, above all, a measure of the immense heart of the Sarv family.
From a Single Event to a Sustainable Culture
The initiative’s profound success and the incredible turnout confirmed our belief that such actions must be sustained. Therefore, by the decision of our senior management, this humanitarian event will now become a fixed, recurring program on the official Sarv Oil and Gas calendar. This is a strategic step toward institutionalizing the noble culture of giving and strengthening the human bonds within our workplace.
